Terms & Conditions

These terms form the agreement between you and CoachCare Education Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202201038742 (1487256-T)), trading as CoachCare Academy, of Unit 9-3, Level 9, Wisma Mont Ara, 18 Jalan Kiara 3, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By enrolling in a course or using the coachcare.pro website you accept them.

1. Enrolment and placement

Enrolment is confirmed when we have received both your completed enrolment form and payment for your first block, term or hour pack. Placement into a level follows the outcome of the placement session; we may decline enrolment into a level we believe does not match a learner's ability, since mismatched groups harm everyone in them. For learners under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the enrolment form.

2. Fees and payment

Fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit and are payable in advance of each block, term or pack. Quoted fees include teaching, materials and scheduled assessments; they exclude official external exam registration fees. We may revise fees between blocks with at least four weeks' notice, and a price already paid is never revised retroactively.

3. Timetables and cancellations by us

We may occasionally reschedule a session for coach illness or public-holiday clashes; rescheduled sessions are always made up in full. If we cancel a group entirely before it begins, you receive a full refund or transfer, at your choice. Withdrawals and refunds initiated by you are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Attendance and conduct

Group sessions run to a shared rhythm and cannot be individually rescheduled, though materials for missed sessions are shared digitally. We expect punctuality, respect toward coaches and fellow learners, and English as the working language inside classrooms. We may suspend, and in serious cases terminate, enrolment for conduct that disrupts other learners' study; any unused fees in such a case are dealt with under the Return & Refund Policy.

5. The score pledge

The exam-preparation score pledge described on our Exam Preparation page applies only where the candidate maintains at least 90% attendance, completes all weekly mock tests, and sits the official exam within four weeks of finishing the course. The pledge takes the form of additional free tuition, not a cash refund, and its written terms are issued at enrolment.

6. Intellectual property

Course materials, topic packs, mock tests and this website's content belong to CoachCare or its licensors. You may use materials for your own study, and may not republish, resell or redistribute them.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability to you is capped at the fees you paid for the block, term or pack in which the claim arises. Language learning depends heavily on the learner's own effort; apart from the score pledge, we do not guarantee any particular exam result or proficiency outcome.

8. Website use

The coachcare.pro website is provided in good faith and its content may be updated at any time. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, or submit false or unlawful content through its forms.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder stands.
